Properties: This product is a dark brown oily liquid, solid below 20.0°C. Relative density 1.05-1.10 g/cm³, soluble in most organic solvents, insoluble in water.
Uses: Ultra accelerator for natural and synthetic rubber. Also used as a vulcanizing agent, with an effective sulfur content of 7.5%. This product does not bloom in rubber compounds, is non-staining, and can be used in the production of inner tubes, rubber shoes, rubber cloth, industrial products, etc. When used as an accelerator in natural or synthetic rubber compounds, the dosage is 0.2-1.0 parts; when used as a vulcanizing agent, the dosage is 2.0-6.0 parts.
Packaging: Packed in plastic drums, net weight 20kg.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place. Packaged products should be protected from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 1 year.
